BACD Pathway program helps small business grow and create new jobs

Pathway is a little known business to business (B2B) development program for Durham Region entrepreneurs offered free by Business Advisory Centre Durham (BACD). The program is available to existing, incorporated businesses in Durham Region with minimum annual revenue of $200,000.

Pathway provides seasoned management, expertise, resources and training to grow existing businesses to the next level and in doing so, create new jobs. They help validate ideas and plot a path to growth, including funding and capitalization.

Application is very simple. If you are an interested entrepreneur just send basic information about your company and a brief outline of how you believe it can grow. BACD will arrange to meet with you to review all aspects of your ideas and determine how they might help.

There is no cost to apply and no obligation. If there is mutual acceptance following an initial meeting, a one-time administration fee of $300 is applied.

With intense pressure on small business, BACD continuously surveys the B2B marketplace to provide current advice, guidance and education, and this program is one of the best programs of its kind in the country.
