Join your neighbours and Oshawa Fire staff for coffee and conversation when Coffee with Fire Crews returns to a McDonald’s restaurant near you this year.

Members of the fire services team will be at an Oshawa McDonald’s between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on the following dates to discuss fire safety with the community:

“Our highly trained, professional firefighters are happy to take the time with each citizen to answer any of their questions with a common goal of increased community safety,” said Councillor Rick Kerr, Chair of the Community Services Committee.

“McDonald’s restaurants welcome the opportunity for Oshawa Fire Services to connect with our guests through the Coffee with Fire Crews program. We encourage our guests to ask questions about working smoke alarms, planning an escape route and detecting hazards in their home,” said Robin Burns, Community Relations Representative, McDonald’s.
