Two people are facing charges after drugs were seized at a residence in Oshawa this week.
On Wednesday, February 13, 2019, members of the Drug Enforcement Unit and with assistance of Central West Division officers concluded a drug trafficking investigation in the Oshawa area. Two suspects were arrested in Whitby and a search warrant was executed at an address on Harmony Road South in Oshawa. Police seized approximately $28,000 in Methamphetamine, Hydromorphone and Dilaudid pills, GHB and approximately $1,800 in Canadian currency. Gregory Heofman, 43, of Harmony Road South in Oshawa and Dawn Gibson, 43, of Malden Crescent in Pickering are both facing 4 charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (GHB, Methamphetamine, Dilaudid, Hydromorphone). They were both held for a bail hearing.
