The Regional Municipality of Durham, in partnership with the Offord Centre for Child Studies at McMaster University and local school boards in Durham Region, is conducting a Kindergarten Parent Survey to collect information about the early experiences of children and their families.
Parents and caregivers of children in junior and senior kindergarten in Durham Region are invited to participate in an anonymous survey at http://oursurvey.ca/kps. The survey will be available until May 31.
Survey results will help determine factors that affect the early development of children, and help to plan future programs and services. The results will be posted on the Region’s website at www.durham.ca/childrensservices.
Upon completing the survey by May 31, participants’ names will be entered into a draw to win one of 20 $50 gift cards to the grocery store of their choice.
