Join Alice and her friends as they entertain you at the Mad Hatter Tea, May 30th at 3:00 pm at the Pickering Museum Village in Greenwood. Discuss and enjoy Lewis Carroll’s 19th century vision of childhood, and challenge friends and family to an entertaining round of flamingo croquet.
Wander through buildings in this unique heritage village while enjoying traditional treats typical of that time. Menus include sandwiches or hearty equivalent, pickles, dessert, sweets, tea, and cold beverage. The event will feature costumed interpreters leading an interactive presentation on the tradition of tea and socials throughout the courses of the meal. Admission also includes a recipe handout. Cost per person is $32. Registration in advance is required at Active Net or in person at the Pickering Museum Village Gift Shop.

The Pickering Museum Village is located on the south side of Hwy #7 between Brock Road and Westney Road. Please note the buildings are wheelchair accessible, but grounds do not have sidewalks. Notify the museum if this presents a challenge.
