Myles Goodwyn and Friends of the Blues

Lead singer and guitarist of April Wine, Myles Goodwyn, will be performing his album, Myles Goodwyn and Friends of the Blues, at St. Francis Centre in Ajax on Sept. 28.

The album consists of blues songs which didn’t appear on any April Wine album since Goodwyn had been saving them until he had a chance to record them. Goodwyn has a passion for blues music and was inspired by artists such as BB King, Howlin Wolf, and Muddy Waters.

Based out of Nova Scotia, the Myles Goodwyn Band consists of Dave Champagne on the keyboard and vocals, Warren Robert on the guitar and vocals, Mike Carrol on the drums, Chris Mitchell on bass guitar, and Brad Reid on the saxophone, violin, flute, percussion, and background vocals.

The location of the venue is 78 Church Street South in Ajax. Doors open at 7 pm and the show begins at 8 pm.
