Durham Regional Police continue to search for a missing vulnerable male who was last seen July 11th in Uxbridge.

Benjamin Everson, 31, of no fixed address, was last seen leaving the residence of a family member in Uxbridge on that day and has not been heard of since. Police believe Everson may have taken a bus to Oshawa. It is unusual behaviour for him to lose touch with his family.

Everson is described as a male, white, standing six-foot tall and approximately 170-pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and clean shaven. He was last seen carrying a backpack.

On July 11th, he was seen wearing a black tank top, grey shorts with a yellow vertical stripe and a black baseball hat with sunglasses on the hat. He also had a black backpack and was sporting black and grey basketball shoes.

Everson has no access to money and his family is concerned of his well-being. He was renting a room in Ajax.

Anyone with information as to Everson’s whereabouts is asked to contact their local police service or the Durham Regional Police at 1-888-579-1520. Anonymous information can be sent to Durham Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at www.durhamregionalcrimestoppers.ca. Tipsters may be eligible for a $2,000 cash reward.
