Three suspects were arrested after they failed to stop for police and then flipped their vehicle in Oshawa overnight.
On Monday, March 25, 2019, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Police responded to a threatening call at the Players Bench on Ritson Road north in Oshawa. A citizen contacted police and advised that two suspects left the area after making death threats and mentioned having a gun. Officers responded and were able to locate the suspect vehicle driving westbound on Taunton Road. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle and the driver failed to stop. Officers then called off the pursuit for safety reasons. Moments later the suspect vehicle was located on its roof at a gas station parking lot at Thornton Road and Taunton Road. A female passenger and a male passenger were located in the vehicle and two males fled on foot. With the assistance of K-9, one of the fleeing suspects were located and police are still searching for a fourth suspect.
Police located a loaded handgun at the scene and seized cocaine from one of the suspects.
Justin Walton, age 32, of Glen Street in Oshawa, Elias Korakis KORAKIS, age 31, of Trowbridge Drive, Milissa Trump, age 28, of Fandango Drive in Brampton are all charged with numerous firearms-related charges. WALTON faces additional charges of drug trafficking and threatening death. They were all held for a bail hearing.
