Sudden Death in Oshawa Being Investigated by Homicide Unit

Police continue to investigate the death of a 21-year-old male at a residence on Langford Street in Oshawa.

On Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at approximately 7:30 p.m. members of East Division were called to a residence on Langford Street regarding a male with life-threatening injuries. Officers arrived and discovered the male with obvious signs of trauma. The male was pronounced dead at the scene.

The death is currently being investigated by the Durham Police Homicide Unit. The East Division of the Forensic Identification Unit,  and other officers are providing support in the investigation. Officers will be canvassing the neighbourhood and looking for any video from the area.

No arrests have been made at this time.
