Suspect arrested for human trafficking

A suspect wanted in a human trafficking investigation has been arrested in Oshawa.

On Thursday, March 28, 2019, the suspect turned himself in at Central East Division. Members of Central East Division arrested the accused and he is facing numerous charges for this human trafficking investigation.

Anthony Johnson, age 32, of Bellinger Drive in Ajax is charged with: trafficking in persons; procuring; advertising sexual services; material benefit trafficking person and material benefit from sexual services. He was held for a bail hearing.

A photo of the suspect is shown above. Investigators want to ensure there are no other victims. The suspect also goes by the name “Prince.”
