The Town of Ajax has questions about how happy residents are with its services, programs, and performance.
“Ajax Council is full of fresh ideas and we are committed to raising the bar with regards to service delivery,” said Mayor Shaun Collier, “We’re looking forward to the 2019 Customer Satisfaction and Engagement Poll results to better understand what’s being done well and areas of improvement.”
To get answers, 600 randomly selected residents are being contacted by telephone and being asked for their opinions about Ajax, including Quality of life, Spending, Communication and engagement, Community safety, Diversity, as well as the Ajax Waterfront.
“The last Customer Satisfaction and Engagement Poll was conducted in 2014 and we need to understand the changing needs of our community.” said David Forget, Manager, Quality, Customer Service & Special Projects with the Town. “This 2019 poll will ensure Ajax continues to offer relevant and innovative programs that inspire residents to thrive and grow.”
The Town has retained the services of the Environics Research Group, a national polling firm to conduct the poll. Results are expected to be presented to Council in fall of 2019.
The last customer satisfaction survey with the Town was completed in 2014, and Ajax had one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings within the GTA municipalities.
