Durham Regional Police are searching for the suspects who stabbed two males inside a residence in Oshawa on Apr. 11.
At approximately 8:30 p.m., members of the Central East Division responded to a Brock Street residence. The two male suspects attended the residence and confronted the two victims inside the home.
During the altercation, one was stabbed numerous times and was struck in the head with a hammer. The second victim was also stabbed. The two suspects fled the residence on foot.
Both stab victims were transported to a Toronto trauma centre by ambulance. One male had life-threatening injuries, but is now in stable condition. The other male victim was treated and released.
The investigators have little information on the description of the suspects and are looking for any witnesses to come forward. This is not believed to be a random incident.
