An 18-year old Oshawa male is facing charges after a vehicle he was operating collided with a retirement home in Oshawa.
On Sunday June 14, 2020, just after 9 p.m., a male was observed driving a BMW at a high rate of speed through the Cineplex parking lot at Benson Street and Taunton Road in Oshawa. The vehicle became airborne before bouncing of the ground and striking the side of a retirement home located on Benson Street.
Police attended and the male was arrested and charged. The building sustained extensive damage and an estimate of damages is being determined. There were no injuries as a result of the collision.
Braydon Finn, age 18, of Oshawa, is charged with Impaired Operation and Dangerous Operation. He was released on an OIC Undertaking.
